Joseph Zabel is the President of Great Falls Pools, in Great Falls, Virginia. He has a Master’s of Science in Organizational Development from George Mason University, and a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech. Joseph has worked as a consultant, facilitating leadership development and diversity training workshops for Fortune 500 companies and within the Intelligence community, including the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the Office of Naval Intelligence.

Today, Joseph works with Arise & Flourish to promote addiction prevention to teenagers and parents. His passion is working with other addicts and alcoholics to help them recover from the disease of alcoholism and addiction, and bring a message of hope to parents and children who struggle with addiction in the family.

Joseph is a professional public speaker and addresses audiences sharing his story of experience, strength, and hope to inspire others to find their Higher Power and work a program of recovery.
