A native of Schenectady NY, and who now lives in Potomac, MD, Tom attended Cornell University where he studied architecture and engineering, and after a short engineering career, earned a Master of Business Administration degree.  Tom is the chief financial officer of CACI International, a leading provider of expertise and technology to a variety of government customers.  Additionally, he serves on the Boards of the Ruddie Memorial Youth Foundation and Changing Perceptions, and he is involved with and supports several other local non-profits.  Tom is the founder of Mike’s Place, a not-for-profit entity whose mission is to provide a safe and support community to young men is the early stages of recovery from substance abuse.  Mike’s Place currently operates two recovery houses in Rockville, MD.
